How honeycomb paper replaces bubble wrap

Honeycomb paper looks like a flat sheet until you pull it — then it opens into a 3D cell structure that grips and cushions whatever is wrapped in it.
The cells are die-cut into kraft paper. When stretched, they open into a hexagonal mesh that locks onto itself, so it holds around a product without tape and absorbs impact the way bubble wrap does. Because it ships flat and expands at the packing table, honeycomb paper takes up far less storage space than pre-inflated bubble wrap. We supply it as Honeycomb Paper Rolls for wrapping and as HexSleeves for bottles and jars. It suits glassware, cosmetics, ceramics and bottled goods. For very heavy or sharp-edged items, pair it with a rigid outer box or fluted mailer.
